The ESA GDA Climate Resilience consortium, in partnership with the World Bank, is enhancing flood and drought resilience in South Sudan through an Earth Observation (EO)-based system for water resources management. This initiative supports the development of flood and drought hazard maps and a Water Information Management System, bolstering climate resilience and decision-making capacity within the country.
